What??? What is a Hycomp Corner? 

I threw this question last year at my modern young kart racing friends--clueless. Also, suspect many Forum members may not know as well or forgotten, especially the younger folks 60 and under. 

Back in 1965, an interesting idea took place and it was also integrated in the Brodhead, WI. Sugar River Raceway for the upcoming 1965 IKF Sprint Nationals. Finally came across the article last night.

Sort of reminds me of a refined Speed Mobile kart without the left foot pedal fan belt pulley throttle system that raised the seat bottom up 6".

Hi everyone I have another question. My dart kart has a 1/2 steering shaft and do I have to changed that in order to race it at vka and the big one.  How would you do that ,and does anyone have the 5/8 shaft.

Asking $60 shipped, in decent condition with some scuff marks.
