Cates, a vintage kart with an excellent racing reputation.
Recently purchased Cates is on it's way to Alaska. Looking forward to working on it next winter. It will need the rear nerf bar. I've seen some interesting designs in that area. If you have any Cates parts you would part with PM me.

I'm hoping the steering shaft can be separated from the frame. An earlier version (photo) couldn't be removed.
The Cates suspension was advertise as adaptable to Darts and Caretta's.
