Rupp rear wheel repair?

Terry is right, the wheel is pressure die cast with the steel insert in place. Here is a picture of a broken Rupp drive wheel with the steel insert.

    OUCH,,,,little super glue.. some duct tape, vise grips...good to go

   have never seen on that bad,,,must be them ruff neck Cali drivers..
