Chuck is right.....Quicksilver! I have been running one in Enduro for 2 years now, very nice handling kart!
This is an early one like mine 1977-1980 timeframe, before Comet started building them and changed the design.
They were a copy of the Hartman. Scott Sigafoos can tell you a whole lot more about them!
Mine has a small number "005" stamped into the bottom of the rear brake bracket. Bought it from Rick Chapman and he guessed mine was made around 1977.
