MC 101 crank
#1
I'm building a 101AA for my son and need some information on the crank. I know the 101AA has the welded counter weights on the crank. So will the later model 101 cranks with the bolt on weights work as a replacement? What about the 125SP or CP crank will they work?

Tom,

I have an NOS SP125 crank for sale on ebay right now. Here is a link...

Will fit right in any 101 series motor. Other than the bolt/glued on vs welded on counterweights they are identical to the 101B crank with left hand threads and no key on the PTO side.
I have run one for years without any issues.
