I found an old Mac saw that's different form others I've seen. The intake is on the end of the case across from the cylinder.
Does anyone know which model this is and does it have any value? Thanks.

Thanks. The picture looks just like it. Hoped it might be one that would make a good kart engine with minimal changes. I'm curious- could it be run as is for a just a play engine. It should be faster than a Clinton.

Anything is faster than a Clinton. Except for the hot air. Oh sorry no politics here, my bad. Yes its fine for cruising around, even with the existing setup. That saw is basically like first version of the MKc49 junior motor. You can easily find most of the parts cheap enough to get a better intake setup, unless you are keeping the existing gas tank mounted on engine. IIRC that motor produces around 3 hp.
