what were some good ones ..ya know 60 years ago when ya ,all was youngins ..  

tweaking a chassis ..no not twearking .tweaking a frame is bending a certain area make it handle better or putting it back if in place if involved in minor accident of some sort ..
Meth ..no not the stuff hear about every day folks cook  in there basement ..meth ..is methanol fuel ..also know as alky alcohol ..
running to fat..  Lol not mother in law charging after brisket ..means carb to rich to much fuel  ..flooding out ..
4 stroking ..don't mean bring a kart with 4 stroke off mom dads rototiller ..means set carb so motor on verge flooding out sorta blubbering ..then turn High needle in 1/4 try again ..see if cleans up ..smooths out ..

Bicycling: when you go into a corner too fast or with a vintage kart on modern sticky tires and, tip the kart up onto the outside 2 wheels. Scary but if you turn in opposite direction it'll set back down.
Slideways: the art of drifting a kart. Hanging the rear out with the front tires sliding too. How it was done back in the day.
Seat of the pants: The feeling of what the kart is doing (with your butt) and not with your head.
