Looks like a Duke Fox Champ Kart to me. From the people who made the Fox model airplane engines, Need a side view to make sure, but that front axle is pretty typical of the Fox Champ. I drove one of their karts when the Fox company brought them to our shop in hopes of getting Pop to be a distributor. Pop and Duke Fox were friends from model airplane control line speed days. We were Fox engine distributors in West Melbourne, FL. Fox was planning to make two displacement models of the free-air kart engine that looked like a giant Fox 35 model engine. The engine never made production, though it was advertised in the kart magazines. Ted
