Hi. I've been thinking about adding a plasma cutter to my toy, er, I mean, TOOL collection. Any recommendations?
Background Info, FWIW:
1) I'd like to be able to cut mild steel, up to, say, 1/4".
2) Compressed air is available.
3) 120V, 20A is available (plus 240V, 50A for my AC stick welder).
4) I'll probably only use it half-dozen times/yr... but I'd like to get something decent.
5) I have a small Harris oxy-acetylene torch setup, with a 000 cutting tip, but my cuts usually turn out kind of scabby looking... practice would help, of course.
