Hi Guys,
My Caretta Riverside Enduro kart showed up today at the Greyhound station here in Wisconsin. Tony did a great job of packing everything, and Greyhound did a great job of shipping it. One thing we did was take it apart, so it was not so wide. I think that helped a lot. This Caretta was originally an enclosed rear axle kart. The rear of the frame was modified to accept a normal 1" axle. The work was really well done. I can't prove it, but it sure looks like it was done at Caretta. The short extended front porch, and the rear steer appear to be original. The spindles are very nicely fabricated, not a garage job. I'll get it dipped to remove all the paint, and any rust. I need to replace the front axle this winter. Other than that, there isn't much to do. Does anyone know how to put pictures on the new web site. I can down load a few tonight.
Brian
