New to the Power Bee

Vince Hughes makes/sells a number of really solid parts for 580's and others. His steel engine mount is a repop of the original heavy duty West Bend mount. He has beautiful open exhausts for the 580 as well. Don't forget you must have a chain guard. Vince is one of the vintage kart crowd, and deserves our support.

You should be able to find a good clutch on eBay, or if you want the very best, Jim Donovan at Max Torque has them. Not cheap, but they work great and are very sturdy. Jim is at

A Noram clutch is a good lower price clutch. Google on Noram clutches.
Remember www.mcmaster.com for quality hardware, and many of the fluid products needed. You may get blue and red Loctite at most auto parts stores. ONLY USE THE RED FOR BOLTS THAT ARE NOT GOING TO BE REMOVED ON A REGULAR BASIS! Ted
