I got another box from Karl on Monday and knocked them out the first moment I got home from work. One of the 92 blocks had a pretty fresh hone and I was able to tape if off for the blast and burnish. The other 92 block was "well seasoned" as Karl put it, and indeed it was! haha. The seasoned block went in raw. All the other cast or machined pieces cleaned up easy. I also clean and chase every thread to get all the old loctite or RTV out of them.
After the blast, prepped, and ready to go in the tank.
As you can see the Hone is still intact. The discoloration is from the chemicals and won't affect the bore.
