In an auction locally. 
Looks heavy duty.
Interesting that gas and brake are on same side

With the steering in the middle?  and a single seat tube arch?
I don’t think it’s a two seater...
maybe a yard kart... maybe an old rental?

It looks like a two seater because the rear bumper is sitting on back of the seat hoop. At first I thought there might be a fiberglass body to go with it, but fairly certain it is just a concession kart.
