Saw starter pulley

I have an old chainsaw that I want to adapt a v- belt pulley to. It’s a Mcculloch super 33 that has a drive on the front. Has anyone ever installed a pulley on one of these. It has an odd ball size drive shaft on it that the pulley would attach to. Any ideas?

take a picture of the PTO side as well as the flywheel side and lets see just what you are talking about so the suggestions will be beneficial.
