UPDATE: ITEM SOLD
Just pulled this off the Palmini axle that came with a Fox kart I bought in Arizona.
Dirty, and outside of drum is rusty, but appears to be 100% complete and in excellent working order.
Drum hub was snug on 1" axle. No "wobble".
Brake linings look to have lots of life left.
$125, shipping to lower 48 included.
