over under doesn't matter.
if you drive it that way from start you'll never notice.
factory correct simply doesn't apply to vintage karts in my experience anyway.
these so called go kart "factories" were often found in a garage or chicken coop or corner of a fab shop.
and as a few have said even before they hit the track owners back then modded them to fit or be slightly different as to their own ideas as to what was fast.
BUT was it me i'd be looking for a discount from the welder next time!!! Big Grin

Thanks guys ,your quick response to my problem, makes me feel a lot better. I have a lot to learn about vintage karting,but enjoying the ride. Now on to the next issue
