I believe it may well be a Sensation Kart. Sensation built quality mowers back in the fifties/sixties, and Pop sold them in our shop for a while. Check out this resto of a Sensation: https://www.flickr.com/photos/42218118@N...168562220/

We sold the Sensation mowers, but I never paid any attention to a Sensation kart until there was a pic on the old REAR site years ago. As far as mower company built karts went, the Sensation looked a lot better than the Gilson or Yazoo karts did! The high CG probably didn't matter  Actually, if you look at the pix on Flikr, the spindle axle is welded at the top of the kingpin barrel, so it is actually dropped quite a bit.
