Karting World, January 1961 showed ads:
Palmini - High RPM "MC" Headers (shaped like the AZUSA)
GEM - Free Flowing Exhaust Headers. West Bend. The Power Products and Macs had two styles vertical and angle mounted available.

The Karter ~1960 ad:
Go Power - Extractor Megaphones. West Bend.
EELCO - Bent Bell Header. Mac.
