checking tillison pop off pressure

Was wondering what pop off pressure should I try to get for a Mc5 with gas carb and does different macs have different pressure. Also should fulcrum arm be level if you check with a straight edge. I know, I ask a lot of questions,but I learned a lot by asking and hope some other newbies will learn something
