Here's what I know :
Former president of CT Alloy Inc. aka Sprocket Specialists (1990-1997)
Many of you know Doug already, and you may have ridden the ISDE qualifiers, hare scrambles, enduros, and grand prix with him. You've met him at the races, riding motorcycles, and selling sprockets, from the West to the East Coast. For those of you who don't... Doug has been racing motorcycles (enduros mostly) and been a member of the AMA for 25 years!
Being mentored by his father Charles R. Trantham (1929-2004) founder of C.T. Alloy/ Sprocket Specialists. Doug is known as "The Sprocket Man" by most of his buddies. He is an honest businessman, who prides himself by making the very best sprockets your money can buy.
