#1
This is probably the last piece I need to finish my Mc10 clone.

Only came on Mc10 and D44 saw.

McCulloch P/n = 51228

Pm or email me if you have one to sell.
Damaged is OK, I can probable fix most any damage.

Scott

I am all set, Cat Kart stepped up on a tip from Stroker Ace.
Thank you for all the input,
Scott

That shroud on ebay fits Super 44/55 and newer models. Doesnt come quite close to the D44/55.

BUT...........

If you like welding this magnesium its not too difficult to cut the top edge down on later model shroud and convert to a D44 style. I have done them in the past, but it is a little time consuming. Patience is required.

This area can even be notched out to resemble the earlier shroud. It is an option.

Scott is correct!  Only on the D44 and Mc-10.  The same is true for the cylinder head.

These are the two chainsaw models with correct head and shroud.

The D44 is a direct drive model using .404 chain.

The model 55 powerhead is identical but has a governor with gear reduction transmission and uses 1/2" chain.
