Clarence, it looks like some sort of yard kart, but not enough shows in these pictures to tell. Comet Kart Sales in Greenfield, Indiana has all kinds of Azusa 1 inch axles that may work. They also have Azusa bearing hangers to weld on, and 1" self alinigning bearings and mounting flangettes. They are VERY experienced with parts.
