Choosing a tire pressure gauge...
#11
All,
I ended up getting the Joe's Racing Products #32306, 0-30 PSI gauge, and, in a separate purchase, a clip-on air chuck. I inflate the tire with my battery powered compressor/jump-starter, or a bike pump, to an indicated 20PSI, then clip on the gauge and bleed it down to the desired pressure with the more precise Joe's gauge. I don't like to mess around pressing on the valve stem to maintain a good seal; Especially the 90° types which deflect, leaking air this way and that. Just click it on, bleed off the excess pressure, then yank it off, with a minimum of air loss. Its a trivial thing, but it's my preference.
