Mikuni BMC 34 info
#1
I picked up another Sirio with a Mikuni 34. I really don't know anything about these carbs but had read Paul Booth was the guy to talk to. I got in touch with him and he gave me some tips on how to set them up.
In the meantime, I got a 2 more from Al Eshman and had to clean them up. I'm pretty sure the 3 I ended up with were always Gas carbs because the welch plugs were original and the fuel inlet seat was .079".

Down below I've got a list of the list of replacement parts I used if anyone is interested in sourcing their own parts. Alot of my screws had stripped out heads. Please feel free to add additional resources down below.

Gasket kits Speedpartsco (ebay) and Paul Booth.
Speedpartsco (Gross Jet) or  EC (Needle and seat)

O rings for needles. 1.78mm CS X 4.76mm ID. This was as close to I could measure. The needle OD is 5mm and it makes sense to have a slightly smaller o ring ID. The ring thickness or cross section is 1.78mm.
It's not the standard #8 or #9 o ring.
