ohhhh ...kinda like the time in 6.1 rear you guys had 91 series side covers on a 101 block .or whatever combo it was ... that thing was hard to get past.. and I was cheatin bad with mc70 that had 45 tin work ..Lol..
man we sure have had fun at avon over the years ..

Steve, That 91/101 was run and legal in a" stock appearing " class back in the day. We bought it in box full of junk 92 s and 93 s and were amazed when we tore it down . It also has a "Big j " rod in it that is so beefy that would be pretty tough to hurt even at huge RPM s .
