Mel, don't fool yourself! We always start out "taking it easy", but we push ourselves harder every time we go out. It's just the way we men are wired! Take care, but have a blast and run as hard as you feel like you can without damaging yourself or your equipment. That was originally the reason I switched to West Bend. You can flog them all day without breaking them, as long as you have the latest connecting rod and good rod screws. Anyhow, have a ball, but watch out: They DO breed and multiply!
