I went to the Michigan Kart Club's 2016 Fall Classic at Michigan International Speedway to see the modern kart road racers and vintage enduro karts.
At the end of the day, Bob Cole gave me the February 1964 Karting World issue. The feature cover (and story) is of Jack McClure's first rocket-powered 1963 Dart Kart Grand Prix making 300 passes with it. This latest article compliments previous stories placed in the Facebook Vintage Kart sites "Files" vault.
I added a last page. I thought it was kind of cool to see a fabulous private collection that included Tommy Ivo's all-wheel-drive, 4 engine dragster. This car has gone through different body styles and names when the car was campaigned.
