Do u have a pic of what it looks like that may help, I have a mold of the bug Nassau panel and have made around 10 of them so far out of plexiglass, but I am not sure what an 800 panel would look like.

The one on the red kart is the one we always sold on 800/s and 1200's. Fiberglass with three spring steel clips to hold it to the steering hoop and the steering shaft. The clips made a mess of the paint and weren't strong enough to keep the panel in place going down a long straight when the air got underneath it. We always wrapped a couple turns of plastic tape around the hoop and shaft to protect the paint, and we always removed the panel when we were racing. Ted
