In the end it really is kind of funny. You have a call coming in. It might be Arlen Ness with a problem. Maybe it's just the average Joe. Either way your answer better be correct. If I didn't have the answer it was your job to find the answer. I'm on the phone and I'm just Tech Line, Steve. No one knows you but they sure need you. Go to an event (motorcycle) and no one knows Tech Line Steve. Maybe in the end it is better that way. Always beware of the quiet guy over in the corner that doesn't look the part.
