Reed material - Aaron Kruger - 02-01-2017

Hello everyone. Just wondering what everyone is using for their reeds. I've seen a couple of different materials and wondered what is the "best" material to use. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Aaron. I've gotten the G-10 material from these guys in the past. It's good stuff, but there are other sources.

Aaron I to use the G10. Get both the .014 and the .020. It is good stuff but my engines suck the .014 tips right off the reeds so I've had to go to the .020. Test reed from both. The Gem reeds for the WB reed cage last one day same as the .014 G10. Tried carbon fiber. Lasted 10 laps Cut with a sissors and lightly sand the edges with 320 paper.
