Everything I own related to karting - Bill Peck - 06-13-2024
I'm getting too old for this kid's game, so everything I own is for sale:
1974 Bucket Bug, many modifications including extended front porch, seat mounting system and chassis adjustments (front camber and ride height, front track/wheel position, rear axle position). Can be run either as a rear engine (with a Margay gear box) or as a straight-axle sidewinder. One owner. Roller $850.
5 Mac 91 engines. 3 box stock (91B1) 2 modified (91A). $550 each. Another incomplete modified 91A that may only be good for parts, including a full circle crank. $100. Also, numerous parts and pieces.
Margay gear box with both C2 and C4 final drive gears. 15 gear sets ranging from 4.8 to 9.0. Wet clutch housings (2 gearbox side, 5 engine side, all for Macs). 5 clutches plus various parts & pieces. $800.
5 various sidewinder clutches $100 each.
Aluminum expansion chamber $150
Too many misc. parts & pieces to list (see the pictures). All of the above can be seen in Wall Township, NJ. I will be here until mid-August, then I will be returning to SC for the winter.

A lot of the stuff in the original post has been sold including all the engines and gearbox stuff, but I still have a lot left as follows (see pictures):
The Bucket Bug has been sold. everything else is still available.
Horstman DXL 2 disk clutch with 9 and 14 tooth drums. - $100.
Burco 2, 3, or 4 shoe clutch with 9 tooth drum. - $100
Aluminum expansion chamber. - $150
9 used Mac 91 pistons, 4 exhaust headers and misc parts. - anything in that picture $10 each.
Belt type starter (battery not included). - $50
One piece nylon driver's suit (XL) and neck brace - $50
