Pipe ID and application? - Kurt Bogerman - 01-20-2019 Does anyone recognize this pipe? What's its intended application and characteristics? It's rumored to be for a KT100s. It's marked only in yellow paint "EMC KMP 4376" Thanks, Kurt RE: Pipe ID and application? - john phippen - 01-20-2019 Kinda looks like a Savin that I have and have run on my MC 91. I'm sure others will know more.John RE: Pipe ID and application? - David Luciani - 01-20-2019 kurt, that's a terrible pipe. you need to send it to me and i'll hide it somewhere. does look like a savin but the lip and end seems wrong. well set up ought to be a good 100 cc sprint pipe. start with longer flex than you think you'll need. the skinny pipes like that can be touchy with fast temp gains. that's bad for your piston health. d RE: Pipe ID and application? - Kurt Bogerman - 01-20-2019 Thanks, guys. Anyone want to opine on this other one? I have always assumed its a GEM, but it has no markings. There's a perforated tube in the can, like a glass pack on a dirt bike. RE: Pipe ID and application? - David Luciani - 01-21-2019 same advise. d |
