ID help. 2 seater cart - Tim Willoughby - 08-26-2018

Dad picked this cart up in KC a couple years ago.   I had to buy a couple wheels for it and the guy i bought them from inomaha said i probably have a vintage cart.  Well i am looking at beefing it up as my son gets bigger.  Before i tear into it i wanted to find out exactly what we have.  Any help with this?  Cant find a serial number on it anywhere.

what you have is a fun kart probably  vintage if you define vintage as 25 years or older .
if you're worried about damaging it's value as a vintage kart it you wouldn't do any damage fixing it up.
best guess from front wheels is  a manco or clark.

it's not a pile of g0ld but it looks to be in good condition certainly worth a few hours of your time to make safe and presentable as a great toy for your son.
as a general rule of thumb any two seater kart aren't hugely valuable.

generally the karts that do have value are single seat , former racing karts.
some single seat fun karts are worth more than i'd suppose, but that's not my area of expertise , so beyond that i'd be guessing.

hope this helps
