Hi All,
I have had many questions as to the different styles of McCulloch Plug Boot Covers.
Here are my observations over the years of engine building. This may not be complete so if anyone has additional info on these or if my descriptions are inaccurate, please critique and I will update this document.
Please let me know what you think and your input on this is welcome,
Scott

Great when one of our experts puts out documentation on a subject the rest of us wonder about, but haven't a clue.

I have an all original Mc 20 with the spring thingy inside the boot and an all original Mc 40 without.
Is any one surprise that things are different on the west coast?? LOL

I like this one!  No chance of overheating because it fell off!

(Probably canned it because there's only one layer of insulation... maybe guys were dropping their saws out of the trees when they'd get a bite?)
