Oreville - rain, rain go away! - Bill Peck - 09-09-2017

I just looked at the 10 day forecast for Allentown, PA. Doesn't look too promising. What is the protocol for dealing with the weather? If we do get rained out, would they reschedule or cancel?

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. At least then we would have a Plan B.

I'm going to expand on what Steve said. If by some chance the weather doesn't cooperate on Friday and/or Saturday, just race with us on Sunday.

If fact, I suggest doing that even if the weather isn't a factor!

Had a great time! Nothing broke, no DNF's, no paint swapped, neither of us got lapped and NO rain.

The whole event ran like a well-oiled machine! Thanks to VKA, the promoters, track personnel and Farmer Brown in the flag stand!
