Kart weights - Ryan Johnson - 03-04-2017 There was an interesting thread on the old Vintage karts forum not long before it crashed on kart weights. Well I thought I'd revive it over here. I weighed my satellite seat, box mount Fox, stock wheels and Mac engine, it came in at 95 lbs. I didn't have the wheels on my Lancer otherwise I'd have weighed it too. Interested to hear what other karts weigh.. Ryan RE: Kart weights - steve welte - 03-04-2017 Most of my karts are right at about 95 to 105. I just finished the Blackhawk MK VI and even though there is a lot of Alum on them there are just to many pieces. It came out at 106 # with the West Bend 820 (not sure there has ever been an 820 on that model before). Most peoples karts weigh more than they think they do. We have a couple in the 80/85# range.
