Freeing stuck piston in WB820 |

Good afternoon,
I picked up a couple Chrysler/WB ultra lite motors the other day and one of the pistons seems to be stuck/froze up in the cylinder. What would be the best option on trying to get it freed up? I have been soaking it with WD but it doesn't want to break loose. Just don't want to be hammering on any parts. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

I need the aluminum riser block that bolts to the stuffer end of the west bend 820 block then bolts to the slider mount on a sidewinder kart. Please pm me if you have one to sell.

Updated 7/6/24 Needed L Dyke Rings for 50.18mm bore |

Wondering if anyone has the Wiseco piston application chart for the old green envelope piston ring number 1013RS I have on-hand.
I am looking for the size of the ring primarily and engine application after.
These will be in the Foreign section.
Ultimately, I need a ring to fit a 50.10 mm Sirio piston I have for my ATK/Atomik Reed 100 cc engine.
Bore size as I recall was 50.18 mm at the top ridge.
I'd take 2 if anyone has them, but lets get the application of the above mentioned ring first please.
Thank You,
Mark L. / SWNY

Made up some Johnson Rings (Ted Johnson) and ran them in my 49 over the weekend. They worked very well. Saw piston with stock 1/16" rings cut down to .030 face.

Reviving an MC-91 engine |

I am working on an MC-91A engine that has been sitting on a shelf for many years, at least 6 but probably longer. Looking thru the exhaust port, the cylinder looks really good and the engine has good compression. From the research I have done, a major concern about using an engine that has been sitting is that the bearings on the piston pin could be stuck. Is there any way to ensure they are free or to free them up short of removing the piston and replacing the bearings. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael
