  WTB Early BUG Stinger Sidewinder
Posted by: rwmorrisiii - 09-29-2020, 07:41 PM - Forum: For Sale/Wanted - Replies (1)

Hey Gang,

I'm looking for a BUG Stinger Sidewinder with the front porch and preferably the wider seat pan.  According to my mentor Dean I'm looking for a Stinger "B" chassis with a "C" seat.  I'm all set to do a cosmetic resto on this and I have fresh tires, motor, clutch etc.  I just need a cherry chassis and preferably good upholstery.

Thanks,

Robert M.

wow summers ending and the racing season nearly over
Posted by: David Luciani - 09-21-2020, 09:51 AM - Forum: General - Replies (11)

so i haven't posted much for a long time.
First it was my personal life that effected my ability to post.

Now real life and this crazy year kinda dented my whole summer.

The two races i was going to got missed because a friend had a fever both times just before it was time to go.
So this year may be a complete was for me unless i make it to sandy hook .
something i'm not certain to do but considering.

Anyway i think the rest of you guys managed to get a little track time in.
If you'd be so kind i'd love to hear some comments on where you went and how the events were in these strange times.

PEOPLE ASKING FOR MEMBERSHIP MUST USE A REAL NAME NO FAKE NAMES ALLOWED
Posted by: David Luciani - 09-21-2020, 09:39 AM - Forum: General - No Replies

guys and girls,

i have something like 160 forum requests with FAKE NAMES  aka internet "handles".
i don't allow handles or fake names as it allows people to be mean while hiding behind fake name.
spammers also love handles for same reason.
so if you registered with handle PLEASE reregister with a real name.

to be clear , on this forum we use real names only.

i don't care if you:

never use a real name on the net.
use this handle everywhere else on the net.
didn't fully read the directions when signing up.
or insert whatever excuse.
Sooooo

ON THIS FORUM AND EVERY OTHER VINTAGE KART FORUM ON THE NET
  WE USE ONLY REAL NAMES
FAKE NAME = DELETE
WE are all friends here so real names are required.

Hi Friends,
Reducing my vintage kart inventory. Going to sell one of my restored Rathmann Xterminators with dual fresh Mac 10's and my original unrestored as raced family owned Swoopster  Sprint. Would prefer to sell them to friends without e-bay so posting here. If there is any interest give me a call or send e-mail for pictures and to discuss price.
