Good afternoon,

I picked up a couple Chrysler/WB ultra lite motors the other day and one of the pistons seems to be stuck/froze up in the cylinder. What would be the best option on trying to get it freed up? I have been soaking it with WD but it doesn't want to break loose. Just don't want to be hammering on any parts. Appreciate any help. Thanks.
That engine has a chrome bore. Common back in the olden days to run castor. If there is a yellowish tint to the film on parts, you may have luck with lacquer thinner or acetone to help break up the dried residue.

Thanks Terry, I will check the color of the gunk and try the lacquer thinner/ acetone trick. I appreciate your reply.
