Hello guys. Looking for info on this kart, maker and year. Appears the back was modified some.

Thank you!
Another angle. It appears they cut the top tube from the axle and raised the rear with that drop down lower attachment
From the seat forward, appears to have been a Leekart originally. Sometime after that, seems less than spectacular modifications were performed. Well I would say some serious butchering was done to the rear.

Hi Terry,

Yes I picked it up this morning. They cut the axle off from the top tubes and made some funky tube under the original tube to connect them.  It’s easily repairable back to original tho.

The wheels are Gar Bro.

For $200 it’s worth it.

Chris

Thank you as well for the info on the maker of the kart.
Any idea as to the year?
You have enough there to bring that kart back to original. Then have something to show off about. No doubt that is around 1962, if the steering shaft is 5/8" solid.

Yes. I also found a couple pics of another leecart that I can use to get this back to stock.
Thank you again.
