What are you asking about a "true" Mc101B? The last Mc101 was the "B" made in 1974. Top of block is recessed for a copper head gasket. Exhaust area is recessed for a rectangular gasket. Two finger ports. Looks like that is what you have in the pics.

What would it be to know if the model in the photo was the 101b, that's all.
