blackhawk executioner.they were made from around yhe mid 80s to the mid 90s with minor changes along the way.this one has adjustable caster,one piece wheels,1 1/4 axle,energetic brakes,set up as duel,these karts are very adjustable you can change wheel base,axle carrier height,steering post,seat,mortor mount rails.i only have one vka event on this kart sense restore.you can message me with any questions.cool kart.you just dont see many out there.1000$
