Well, I opened the box from WI, and I have two air shrouds, both for RIGHT side engines. That means I need one for the LEFT side 580 engine, in good, undented and uncracked condition. Anybody have one of these elusive beasts? Thank you guys. Ted Johnson
Thanks, Stuart. Unfortunately, that's a right hand engine shroud. I have two of those out in the shop. I need the opposite hand one. Ted
Sorry about that. Just so I understand correctly, that shoulder that runs along the one side of the shroud faces down correct?
You got it. As you look at the shroud, tapered end facing right, the flywheel opening is above the center of the big end radius. Ted
