Wondering if this old Formula styled open wheeled car was what they called Formula 440 from back in the 70's and 80's, Steve O'Hara can you concur?
Man would I love a crack at driving something like that.

Looks like one of the Malibu Grand Prix rental track cars from the 70s that someone added expansion chambers too.
