Just curious to see if anyone has had the chance to test the new re-pop Mac rod needles.
I have a set of Bob Kurkowski's versions in a modified Mc93 and they are working great, tons of hard laps with no issues so far. Will be taking that set up to Chestertown this week.
I just purchased a few sets of the Mike Berg version but have not tested them. They will be going for a hardness comparison test next week against the NOS bearings.
I don't have any of the Bennett versions and don't know much about them but will pick up a few sets if they are different from Mikes version.
I would appreciate any info as this is one of the most important areas of a Mac engine and failure of these is disasterous!!
