Just curious..... Do you just hate "Potato Diggers" and other "Not so Vintage Karts" or did you just not enjoy the event?

Steve,
Yeah, It's just a long, expensive haul with a 20' trailer.
TBO is all i can handle and I always look forward to it.
There are some southern boys (some of the are part time southerners) looking to schedule a late winter play day in Jacksonville, Fla. in lieu of Barnesville.
I suppose we would allow Yankees too.  I used to be one.   Smile

Al,
Yes and yes.
I could rant, but I've already said more than I should have.

Yeah, me too. I already did my bitching on facebook. Not going back. What a fiasco!
Me three I've been sick ever since I was down there. No longer on my list. 986 miles one way.
couple of snafus this year...they weren't ready for 160 plus entries,,,,and every year I say I anit going back, every year I go back, and I will go back again in 2019..

why, because karting is more fun than watching Oprah or Jerry,,and its usually warm in BVille,,

900 miles..???what the heck,,,500 to Delmar, 550 to Quincy...500 to RIGP.....

and talk about problems,, heck, Brodhead has mosquitos big enough to carry you away...

It is a long drive and there were some issues. But, I will go back for a few reasons. It's spring down there. Southern hospitality. Haven't been on a kart in months. Friends in the area. As many laps as I wanted on a cool ass, historical track that makes me grin all the way around. A bunch of interesting "characters" to hang out with and learn from. I'm 900 miles from work and cold crappy weather. 20 lap features for the 2-strokes.  Tongue  Yeah, I'll be back....
Geez! Only 100 miles for me. I guess I'm just a cranky old fart.
