Knowing West Bend introduced the 610/820 at the start of the 1962 kart racing season and I'm now looking at a West Bend 820 ad in my latest 'Karting World' (June 1964) introducing the NEW West Bend 820 left-hand wheel drive engine (82001).
Never realize, always running a McCulloch as a kid, it was two years later for the LH to appear--I guess that was why I had a hard time trying to find information on the 82001 in searches in these modern times?
