We all know about Cometic Gaskets, but so far as I know, they didn't offer 610 and 820 head gaskets until now.
Andrew Blackley at Cometic has worked with me, and has used my DXF CAD files to create head gaskets in a large variety of thicknesses, .005 to .094 thick in dead soft copper, for both 610 and 820 West Bends. The bolt holes fit more closely than other gaskets to keep the gasket centered on the cylinder bore, and the 820 gasket hole is 2.563, allowing a rebore and re-Nikasil. The bore on the 610 gasket is 2.225, allowing a .030 overbore.
I really like the dead soft copper for seal and heat transfer. Dave L. will move this to the proper location when he gets time. Ted

Ted, do they have a minimum quantity requirement?

Sterling, I didn't ask Drew about costs or min quantity. I doubt he has a minimum, since they're a regular automotive gasket supplier. To tell the truth, I was just interested in getting us another supplier. Ted

The only way to know what is available now is to call, they have a section for "Kart" but when I tried to see what was available ....all I got was ( Oooops ) !
