HI everyone. I mounting my axle on my rupp dart and don,t know if bearings  and flanges are together then mounted on frame, or are the flanges mounted on each side of frame with the bearings in the middle? thanks everyone

Flangette half, bearing, flangette half, then mounting hanger. TJ
